Jurong Bird Park Visitor Information
Jurong Bird Park is visited by both residents of Singapore and tourists that visit the country.
They have bird shows where the free-flying birds show their talents and skills to entertain their guests. You will witness the kings of the skies right in front of you, as they show you the way they live and survive in their habitats – majestic acts of true kings of the skies, indeed!
You can also get the chance to feed some of the birds should it be their time to eat. Remember that the food is handpicked by their staff of the park for the health and lifestyle of the birds. Please, do not feed the birds just anything and without supervision from the staff of the park.
If you would prefer a wholesome visit, you can join the tours when you secure a Jurong Bird Park ticket, and the guide will walk you through the whole trip. Learn about the different types of birds, what they do and where you can find them most – land and by the shores or rivers, or in the high treetop of the wild and mostly soaring high in the sky.

What to Do at the Jurong Bird Park
It’s a bird park – we go to see the birds, yes. But, what are the things you should not miss? Especially if it is your first time, it is important to make sure you do get to do everything you could. If it’s your first time, then it should be a whole day of exploring and learning.
Here are the 3 things you should make sure you never miss on your visit to the bird park;
- Meet the kings of the sky! Who would miss this amazing moment in your life? Witness as the kings hunt for their prey, and learn why they are the kings of their food chain. It is a majestic sight to see the hawks and vultures live in their habitats and rule their lands even in the sky!
- Don’t you love eating time? So do your bird friends at Jurong Bird Park! They are just excited to eat. Would you want to try feeding them? Because, you can. Make sure you catch their meal times so you can open your palm and give them their food. It would be a fun experience for everyone!
- For kids who love a little twist to exploring, there is a wet area of the park where all the children can indulge in their curiosity. The wet playground will be a great place for the kids to improve their knowledge of the bird kingdom while engaging in activities with other kids who are on the same page of interests.
