RUDE TAXI DRIVER.
I was waiting under the blk for this Grab Taxi Driver Transcab SHD5517C with my baby (only the 2 of us) as we’re going to a baby clinic as my son’s sick. The Grab App showed the driver has arrived. He msged, “Hello. I’m here.”
I replied and told him I was at the rubbish chute. And soon he called me and repeated that he is at the main rd. I told him politely that I was at the rubbish chute area. He replied in a rude manner, “Ok. YOU WAIT LOR.”
I realised soon after he put down the phone that he has cancelled my booking. Is it so hard to drive into the carpark to pick us up? It was 11.20am and I’m sure it was not a change of shift period. I am not the typical type of Singaporeans who always complain. I give compliments when it is due. But this is really too much.
Dear Mr Andrew, YOU SHLD NOT ACCEPT BOOKING IF YOU WLD LIKE TO GO HOME OR IS IN A RUSH. and your rude manner to just cancel the booking when we have been waiting. If my baby is not sick, I don’t mind. But my baby is sick and I’ve got to re-book and wait for another cab. DON’T CANCEL BOOKINGS FOR FUN. YOU WOULDN’T WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO CANCEL BOOKINGS ON YOU.
